Do you accept returns/exchanges? We currently accept returns or exchanges ONLY if an item is damaged. Please notify us via email at TisnTat1221@gmail.com if your item was damaged within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is sent? Orders are processed within 3 business days on most items. Please allow 4 weeks for rocking chair orders.

How do you price your postage? Most items are a $3.99 flat rate for shipping. Rocking Chairs are calculated by weight/shipping location.
